HOLMES ENTERS MADERA
Eric Holmes will make his first Spears Srl Southwest Tour Series start since 2011 when the series visits Madera Speedway on July 16, for the Race for Autism 125. It will be Eric’s 26th career start which includes 3 Wins, 10 Top 5 and 14 Top 10 finishes. The career average finish for Eric is 9.5 with an average qualifying position of 7.0 which is good for 14th best all-time in the series. The 3 time NASCAR K & N West Series Champion was also the 2006 NASCAR Southwest Tour Series Championship Runner-up in the final season for that series. Eric will be driving the same Nascimento Motorsports Super Late Model that he wheeled in the 2016 Winter Showdown where he qualified ninth and finished 22nd.
