Livingston, CA. May 19, 2010 – CVR, Inc. is a car racing team from Livingston, CA. that has been raising money for families living with Autism and is holding their annual fundraiser called “Race and Ride for Autism”.
On Saturday August 21, 2010 Carlos Vieira Racing, Inc. will present Race and Ride for Autism at the New Stockton 99 Speedway in Stockton, CA. This day will showcase the best short-track racecar drivers in California. Races will include Bombers, Mini Trucks/Mini Stocks, Vintage Hard Tops, MMRA Baby Grands/Mini Cups and the featured event being a 100-lap Western Late Model NASCAR/WHELEN ALL AMERICAN SERIES RACE.This feature racing event will be highlighted by a $3000 to win and $300 to start.There is also a Dash for Cash that pays $300 and a Hard Charger Award.
There will be a Poker Run for all motorcycle riders that will be starting at the Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. Race Shop located at 521 Industrial Drive in Livingston, California.Registration begins at 11am with the first bike out at 12pm.The cost is $25.00 per player which includes food, free 51 FIFTY sunglasses and a 51 FIFTY shirt, donated by 51 FIFTY Apparel.The ride will end at the New Stockton 99 Speedway with laps around the track before the first race to support Autism Awareness.
