Fabozzi is a Ten-time Winner at “The Bullring”
Despite his recent success, Tyler is going to take a wait and see type of approach, when the SRL invades on May 5th.
“I’m not too sure what to expect”, Fabozzi told the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series. “I know it’s an entirely different class of competition, but I believe we have one of the best cars and crews to do it. There is no better place (to make my first SRL start at) than a track we are comfortable at, and a place we’ve put so many laps on. I’m used to racing with 15 cars max. on that track, so it will be interesting to have 25 plus cars. all running close to the same speed. We will need to be on our game to get the outcome we are looking for there. It will be especially true in qualifying.”
The Anaheim Hills, CA driver will bring his #MSIRacing, CNC Machining Chevrolet Super Late Model to compete against a full field of 26 SRL machines on May 5th. Spectator gates will open at 5:00pm, with Bandoleros, Super Stocks, Jr. Late Models, Legends and the Lucas Oil Modified Series also on the schedule. Qualifying for all divisions begin immediately thereafter. Opening Ceremonies are scheduled for 6:45pm with Dashes, B-Mains and the Feature Events to follow.
