FLUIDYNE High Performance “Cool Move of the Race”

FLUIDYNE High Performance “Cool Move of the Race”

Congratulations to Dylan Cappello for being voted the FLUIDYNE High Performance “Cool Move of the Race” for the “Retro Custom Metals 137” from the LVMS Bullring and Dirt Track. Cappello started the penultimate Spears Srl Southwest Tour Series event in the 12th position, but through a series of “Cool” moves throughout the feature, he finished in the runner-up position. The event was only the second start in a Super late Model for the two-time Spears Modified Series Champion. Cappello finished 25th in this event in 2019.

Cappello was driving a Super Late Model owned by Scott Sanchez and sponsored by Quick Response Garage Door Service. Jc Umscheid, from DGR-Crosley Racing, was the Crew Chief for the successful effort. Cappello also participated in the Spears Modified Series event, driving for Dave Arce, finishing fourth.

The next event for the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series is the season finale at Irwindale Speedway on December 19th. The “All-Star Showdown Warmup 110” will conclude the 20th  season for the series.
