MAVTV to Televise Two SPEARS Southwest Tour Series Events in 2014
Bakersfield, CA – On Wednesday, the management of the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series and MAVTV met to finalize an agreement which resulted in two marquee SPEARS Southwest Tour Series events airing on MAVTV in 2014.
The comprehensive agreement brings together the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series, Team Lucas and MAVTV for 2014. Lucas Oil recently purchased MAVTV, which has become the nation’s premier destination of motorsports and automotive programming.

In 2014, Team Lucas sponsors will be associated with the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series, Lucas Oil Productions will film and produce the August 16th Irwindale Speedway race and the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series championship finale at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with both races airing on MAVTV.
