Montana Big 5 Super Late Model Series Driver Spotlight – Madex Moran
The first race of the 2025 Montana Big 5 Super Late Model Series is only a month away! Saturday, June 7th, it’s the “Big Sky Kubota 100” at Mission Valley Super Oval. For the 2025 ‘Big 5’ series, the SRL has created a technical alliance with MVSO and will be aligned with MVSO for all of five races of its ‘Montana Big 5 Super Late Model Series’. The SRL will provide staff and oversee the competition side of the ‘Big 5 Series’ events at the 14-degree high-banked, tri-oval in Polson, MT.

How did you get into racing: It all started when I was 3 with my grandparents and parents putting me into a go kart and climbing the ranks from go karts to bandoleros straight to Super Late Models
Favorite characteristic of MVSO: Turns 1 and 2 with that big climb up the hill, then all of that momentum getting down it to the back straight away
Hobbies outside of racing: Hunting, Fishing, and spending time with family and friends
One thing people don’t know about me: I was born with a heart problem and had to get heart surgery at 8 years old
