The “Bischofberger Brawl” $15,000 to Win $1,000 to Start Pro Late Model Race

Bakersfield, CA – In May of this year the “SPEARS Pro Late Model Series presented by Sigma Performance Services,” announced the biggest race of the year.  On October 2nd, the series will run the 166-lap “Bischofberger Brawl 166” which will pay $15,000 to win at Stockton 99 Speedway.  Originally it was announced that the event would pay $400 to start, but now that number has increased to a minimum of $1,000 to start the main event for those drivers who pre-enter by September 17th.  The idea for the event was initiated by Jeff and Allen Bischofberger and with their support the race was brought to Stockton 99 Speedway.

“We can’t thank the Bischofberger Brother’s enough on wanting to put together this must-see race.  We also want to thank Tony Noceti for hosting this marquee event at the historic Stockton Speedway.  The $15,000 to Win is a BIG number, but it’s also great to see $1,000 for eligible drivers that take the green flag.  That kind of start money is unheard of in Pro Late Model racing.  We’re very fortunate to have a lot of great supporters who believe in what we’re doing.” commented the SRL’s Brian Olsen.

The “SPEARS Pro Late Model Series presented by Sigma Performance Services” is in its inaugural season in 2021.  The series has seen early success with strong car counts and big events.  All races, including the “Bischofberger Brawl 166” can be seen live on SpearsRacing.TV, as well as tape delayed national television on MAVTV.
